SELARC life member Joe Locascio K5KT and his wife Marian K5KKT standing next to the HDX-589 crank-up tower at their QTH in Rancho Palo Verdes, CA. Joe was first licensed while in high school in Hammond in the 1950's and has stayed active on the bands.
He enjoys HF (mainly 20 & 40M) and has amassed Top of the Honor Roll (ARRL DXCC #1 HR) having worked and confirmed ALL countries, MIXED and SSB, and still works CW, especially for new countries; but, enjoys ragchewing on SSB.
